CIPR PRide Awards 2011

Jo Quinney is shortlisted for ‘Best Freelance Practitioner’

Today I made the shortlist for The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Pride Awards North West.
The awards recognise excellence in public relations and communications, being poof of success in the PR industry.

The CIPR PRide Awards have grown in strength and stature with over 1,000 entries to this year’s awards.

CIPR North West chair Erin Portsmouth said that being shortlisted in itself is “a tremendous achievement.”

My name appears at the very bottom of ‘The Pride Award shortlist 2011 North West’ list.

Commenting on the PRide shortlist, Jane Wilson CIPR CEO said:
‘The CIPR PRide Awards celebrate the best PR and campaigns from the profession across the UK. To be shortlisted for an Award demonstrates exemplary achievement, impact and value – immediately putting their work in the spotlight. Congratulations to everyone for reaching this stage.’

Congratulations to friends Pip Cockeram PR and De Winter PR for making the shortlist.

The Awards dinner will be held on 23 November 2011 at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel and I am looking forward to having a night out with my PR friends and colleagues.
